DC Agency is a team of Global marketers who have a passion for helping eCommerce brands grow. Since starting in 2017, we’ve grown into a premier Facebook Marketing Agency growing over 200 brands. Together as a global team of media buyers, filmmakers, designers, data analysts, and marketers, we work together to scale eCommerce brands and surpass performance goals.

We are one global team – both as an agency, but also with our clients. We treat each other with respect, as we wouldn’t be who we are without each other. There is nothing more important than the people who stand by our side every day. Great teamwork is built upon great communication – which we pride ourselves on, both between each other, and with our clients.

We take complete ownership over everything we do. We understand that while certain things may not be our fault, they are always our responsibility. We are proud of the work we do and are always pushing to do better and to be more. We have integrity and are not afraid to own up to our mistakes; we consider them an opportunity for self-improvement.

When managing client accounts, we know the value of being able to take a step back and look at the bigger picture – giving weight to the fact that the best clients are those who have been able to achieve balance. Work aside, we realise how important it is to be able to take a break sometimes. We know this, and we value our down time just as much as we do the time behind our desks.
